Started a separate group for swarms

Gonna try this out so alerts can go out to those prepared to retrieve swarms can receive notifications. Going to do a swarm retrieval class and go over what should be in your “swarm kit” soon. Watch the website for that. I’d very much like to make sure people understand and have the tools to do this safely and we can save more swarms this year than last. :-)
